Jared & Amy Parker
Jared & Amy Parker saw the need for Range restoration and improvement in their own livestock operation, by improving forage and water in an arid climate, through finding invasive species like Russian Olive trees, and old-growth plants such Sage Brush, Juniper, and Pinion Pine trees, and removing them.
"Having seen multiple ranching operations, and various attempts to improve the range and pasture, we became aware of the advantage of complete mulching and removal of those invasive plants and trees."
βThe idea of bringing a Bull Hog Mulcher into the Intermountain area was launched, equipment purchased, and now we "are going full steam ahead" to assist landowners in clearing their land of unwanted growth. With the purchase of 350 horsepower articulating tractors, manufactured specifically for large, industrial Bull Hogging, no job is too large. β
In October 2015 we were joined by WDC Farms, Dan & Blake Wilkinson. With their long history in the construction industry, they brought with them expertise with mulching heads on Excavators. Which added a new dimension unduplicated by any other Bullhog company, wheeled tractors and excavators working side by side.
By combining the two companies on any given job, we are able to cover all types of terrain with maximum productivity. Since our startup in the winter of 2015, to spring of 2021, we have cleared more than 20,000 acres working with The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR), National Forest Service, as well as ski resorts and private ranches, in Utah, Idaho & Wyoming.
